At LeMond Bikes US, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns to ensure the integrity of our high-performance fleet.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select your reason for return.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage your items in the original LeMond factory packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your bike box or parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
